On January 23, 2019, 57-year-old Sebastian Earl Clark, known affectionately as "Earl," was fatally shot in Birmingham, Alabama. Born on December 2, 1961, in Birmingham, Clark was the son of Edward Lee Clark and Mary Evans Clark. He accepted Christ at an early age and attended Birmingham City Schools during his formative years.
