In the late hours of a Sunday evening in Milwaukee, the life of Dwight H. McCoy Jr., a 35-year-old African-American male, was tragically cut short. On September 11, 2011, at approximately 10 p.m., McCoy was fatally shot in the 4600 block of N. 54th St. on the city's northwest side.
