In the early hours of Mother's Day, May 11, 2014, a dispute at a Milwaukee blues lounge tragically cut short the life of its owner, Herman Paige, a 47-year-old male. The night was winding down at Big C's Blues Lounge, located near 12th and Hadley, and Paige was telling his patrons that it was time to leave.
