Death by Force

On a cold February evening in Milwaukee, a young life was abruptly cut short by gunfire. Luis Enrique Conde Hilario, a 20-year-old Hispanic male, was shot and killed on February 20, 2023. The fatal incident occurred around 8:30 p.m. near the intersection of South 15th Street and West Grant Street.
