Tony Hughes, a 31-year-old Black man who was deaf, encountered a man named Jeffrey Dahmer at a gay bar in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The two communicated through written notes, and Dahmer persuaded Hughes to accompany him to his apartment. This meeting took place on May 24, 1991.

Once inside the apartment, the evening took a sinister turn. Dahmer drugged Hughes and then strangled him to death. For several days, his body remained in the apartment before being dismembered. The gruesome discovery ...
