On January 8, 2023, 20-year-old Rigoberto De La Torre III was fatally shot in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The incident occurred around 1:39 p.m. in the 3800 block of West Morgan Avenue, where police responded to reports of a shooting and found De La Torre with gunshot wounds; he was pronounced dead at the scene.
