On a Sunday afternoon in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the life of 20-year-old Hispanic male Rigoberto De La Torre III was cut short by gun violence. On January 8, 2023, at approximately 1:39 p.m., police responded to reports of a shooting in the 3800 block of West Morgan Avenue. Upon arrival, they found De La Torre suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite emergency medical efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
