On the evening of December 30, 2024, Dantae Hargraves, a 44-year-old Black / African American man, was fatally shot near 27th and Capitol in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. When police responded to the scene, they discovered Hargraves with gunshot wounds.

An investigation into the shooting led to the arrest of a suspect, Eddie Ivy. Prosecutors have charged Ivy with first-degree intentional homicide in connection with Hargraves' death. According to the criminal complaint, the motive for the killing ...
