In the autumn of 1983, a gruesome discovery was made in the wooded area of Petrifying Springs Park in Kenosha County, Wisconsin. On October 4th, a hiker stumbled upon a plastic bag containing the headless and limbless torso of a young white male. The victim was later identified as 18-year-old Eric Hansen of St. Francis, a suburb of Milwaukee.
