In the early morning hours of June 3, 2024, the life of Martel D. Winters, a 24-year-old Black / African American male, was tragically cut short on the north side of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The fatal incident unfolded around 1:00 a.m. near the intersection of 15th and Congress. It was there that Winters sustained a gunshot wound.
