Just before dawn on May 18, 2025, Xzavier A. Starks—34 years old, male—was found fatally shot near North 31st Street and West Burleigh Street in Milwaukee. Police were called around 4:15 a.m.; the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office later identified the victim. He died at the scene from multiple gunshot wounds.
