On the evening of March 15, 2018, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Romale R. Richardson, a 34-year-old Black male, was fatally shot. The incident unfolded at a residence in the 4200 block of N. 27th Street on the city's north side, where a dice game was taking place. Another man, 20-year-old Malyk T. Smith, also lost his life in the violent encounter.
