Marshall Cruz, a 25-year-old man from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, tragically lost his life on June 18, 2014. The incident occurred shortly after midnight in an alley between North 1st and North Palmer Street, where Cruz was shot during an apparent drug transaction.

At approximately 12:05 a.m., Cruz and another individual were involved in the incident that led to the shooting. While Cruz was pronounced dead at the scene, the second victim, an 18-year-old man, was transported to a local hospital ...
