In the quiet, pre-dawn hours of a cold January morning in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the life of 23-year-old Demarre Lott, an African-American male, was tragically extinguished. On January 24, 2016, around 3:20 a.m., officers responded to a call in the neighborhood near Beale and Fond du Lac, where they discovered Demarre's body lying in the snow.
