A missing girl's remains are identified 20 years after being found
Patricia "Choubi" Gildawie, a 17-year-old who disappeared in 1975, was finally identified in 2022 after her remains were discovered in a drainage ditch near Tysons, Virginia, on September 27, 2001. Gildawie had been dating an older man at the time of her disappearance, and her body showed signs of trauma, including a gunshot wound to the head.
