A young man is found shot to death In the early morning hours of October 9, 2016, the community of Culpeper, Virginia, was shaken by the violent death of Joe Cannon 'Jody' Pullen. The 37-year-old Caucasian male was discovered shot to death in Jeffries Alley, a location merely a half block from the Culpeper courthouse and jail.
