In the quiet, early morning hours of August 10, 2014, the life of 17-year-old Eliel Olguin was tragically cut short in Denver, Colorado. A white male, Eliel found himself in the 600 block of South Osceola Street at approximately 1:00 a.m. when the night was shattered by the sound of gunfire.
