In August of last year, the life of 22-year-old Deandre Henderson was tragically cut short in Memphis. Henderson, a college graduate and an employee at Youth Villages, was discovered deceased in the middle of the street at the intersection of Kerwin and Battlefield Drives. He had sustained multiple gunshot wounds, including one to the head. His vehicle was also stolen from the scene but was later recovered by law enforcement.
