Abdalla Shegow Aboke, a 32-year-old man, tragically lost his life on June 29, 2019, in Columbus, Ohio. He was shot in a parking lot on Sullivant Avenue around 4:50 a.m. and was later pronounced dead at Grant Medical Center. The incident was the result of a verbal altercation that escalated into a shooting. Surveillance video from the scene identified Ali Jeylani Sheikh, 23, as the alleged shooter. Sheikh was charged with murder and taken into custody.
