Robert Newbern, a 30-year-old man from Columbus, Ohio, tragically died on November 28, 2021, from a gunshot wound to the head. Judith A. Tatum, a 20-year-old woman who lived at the address where Newbern was found, was arrested and charged with murder in connection with the shooting. She was taken into custody and held at the Franklin County Jail. The case was transferred to the Columbus Police Homicide Unit for further investigation.
