On a quiet Sunday morning in Northfield, Minnesota, the life of Lilly Marie Kirckof, a 61-year-old Caucasian female, came to a sudden and violent end. On August 14, 2016, at approximately 7:50 a.m., police were dispatched to her home on Jefferson Road following a report of shots fired, initially framed as a response to a possible intruder.
