Tolen L. Flowers Sr., a 30-year-old Black man from Columbus, Ohio, tragically lost his life on April 16, 2022. He was shot in the head near the intersection of Cleveland Avenue and East Spring Street around 2:08 a.m. Despite the immediate response from Columbus Fire Medic #1, who pronounced him deceased at 2:15 a.m., the case remains unsolved.
