Matthew Scheurell, a 45-year-old white male from Columbus, Ohio, tragically passed away on December 8, 2022. He was involved in a double homicide incident in the 1000 block of Marland Drive, Columbus, Ohio. On that fateful evening, at approximately 6:41 PM, officers responded to a report of a shooting. Upon arrival, they found Scheurell and another victim, 37-year-old Branden Morris, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
