Andrew Howell, a 24-year-old male, died on March 31, 2012, in Knoxville, Tennessee, as a result of a shooting. Law enforcement responded to a report of a shooting at 616 Jessamine Street, but it was later determined that the original crime scene was located at 1705 Washington Avenue. Howell was transported to UT Medical Center following the incident, but despite medical intervention, he succumbed to his injuries.
