Do you know who murdered Herman Bailey in 2017? In the summer of 2017, the life of 34-year-old Herman Bailey, a Black male from Knoxville, Tennessee, was tragically cut short. On the evening of July 23, Bailey was in the parking lot of the Austin Homes community when an argument escalated to violence. Multiple gunshots were fired, and Bailey was struck. He was rushed to the hospital in critical condition.
