On what was supposed to be a routine trip to a tax preparation office on April 15, 2013, a chain of events began that would end in the tragic death of Jorge Isaac Insignares. The 62-year-old male had driven with his wife from their home in Murfreesboro to an H&R Block on Nolensville Pike in Nashville. After dropping his wife off at the entrance shortly after noon, the plan was for him to park their white Lincoln Town Car and wait for her.
