Mamadou Ngom, aged 44, was killed on December 22, 2014, in Memphis, Tennessee. He was working as a clerk at a convenience store located in the 4200 block of Galles when he was shot during an apparent robbery. A customer discovered his body behind the counter around 6 p.m., with the cash register emptied of its contents.
