In the winter of 2010, the life of Jeffrey Deon Wormley, a 47-year-old Black/African American man from Birmingham, Alabama, was tragically cut short. On Wednesday, February 10, 2010, Mr. Wormley passed away, leaving behind a community to mourn his loss. A graduate of Wenonah High School, he was known to be a member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church in Tarpley City.
