Louis Tate, a 28-year-old African American man from Memphis, Tennessee, tragically lost his life on July 17, 2016. Tate was found lying in the road on Lamar Avenue near Perkins with multiple gunshot wounds. Authorities confirmed that he succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
