Justin Borta, a 33-year-old man, was tragically found shot to death inside a white Jeep Cherokee on April 9, 2019, in the Orange Mound neighborhood of Memphis, Tennessee. The police received a call around 10:18 p.m. from the 1500 block of Cella Street, reporting an apparent shooting. When officers arrived at the scene, they discovered Justin already deceased. The Memphis Fire Department personnel pronounced him dead at the scene.
