On a Tuesday evening in Memphis, Tennessee, the life of 33-year-old Justin Michael Borta was tragically cut short. On April 9, 2019, police responded to a report of a shooting in the Orange Mound neighborhood. Arriving at the 1500 block of Cella Street near Deadrick Avenue at approximately 10 p.m., officers discovered a white Jeep Cherokee.
