In the Whitehaven area of Memphis, Tennessee, on the afternoon of October 10, 2016, a dispute escalated into deadly violence at the Summit Park Apartments. The incident, which occurred around 1:45 p.m. on Piping Rock Drive, was preceded by reports of a fight. Gunshots rang out, leaving two individuals wounded.
