In the summer of 2019, a burst of gunfire on a Memphis street tragically cut short the life of Antonio Dorrelle Dinkins III. The 23-year-old Black / African American male was on Twain Drive around 10 p.m. on the evening of June 27th when violence erupted. According to police reports, Dinkins was an innocent bystander, caught in the crossfire of a dispute between two unidentified individuals.
