Mark Darren Fisher, age 51, was shot and killed on November 1, 2016, in South Nashville, Tennessee. The incident occurred in the Valley View Terrace neighborhood near Cathy Jo Circle, following a dispute. On the night of his death, Fisher had driven to meet a man named Derrick Carter to settle a debt. After leaving, Fisher called Carter to say he was being followed by three vehicles.
