Devario Burks, aged 25, was shot and killed on January 10, 2017, in Memphis, Tennessee, while inside Creative Cuts Barber Shop in the Frayser area. According to reports, two men approached the barbershop and opened fire, targeting those inside. Burks tragically lost his life in the shooting, while another person sustained injuries.
