On a Saturday evening in Memphis, Tennessee, 42-year-old Zachary Harris was standing in front of his home on the 300 block of Jacklyn Avenue. It was around 8:15 p.m. on September 16, 2017, when the familiar sights and sounds of his neighborhood were shattered by gunfire. A dark-colored vehicle drove by his residence, and an occupant, or occupants, inside opened fire.
