On May 12, 2007, Khalil Thrower, a 19-year-old Black male, was murdered in Philadelphia. Despite ongoing investigations, no arrests have been made, and the case remains unsolved. The circumstances around his death have not yet been clarified, and the Philadelphia Police Department continues to seek new leads to solve the homicide.
