On the evening of November 16, 2021, at approximately 6:34 p.m., Philadelphia Police officers responded to a call on the 4900 block of Rosehill Street in the Olney section of Philadelphia. Upon arrival, they discovered 32-year-old Andrew Rodriguez, a Hispanic male, inside a silver Honda Accord. He had suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced deceased at the scene by medical personnel.
