On a Tuesday evening in Philadelphia, a discovery was made that brought a violent end to the life of a local man. Inside a silver Honda Accord parked on the 4900 block of Rosehill Street, police found 32-year-old Andrew Rodriguez on November 16, 2021. The Hispanic male had been shot multiple times.
