On August 30, 2008, Troy Deloatch, a 22-year-old resident of Philadelphia, was found dead from gunshot wounds. The incident took place in the evening, and police responded to reports of gunfire on that day. When they arrived at the scene, they discovered Troy critically wounded. He was quickly transported to a local hospital, but unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries shortly afterward.
