In the late winter evening of February 22, 2010, tragedy struck in the Hill District of Pittsburgh. A young man, 22-year-old Daton Boyd, was found suffering from gunshot wounds in Elmore Square. The call came into city police at 7:48 p.m., reporting the urgent situation in the 2100 block of Elmore.
