Jerry Jackson, a 44-year-old African American male from Pittsburgh, PA, tragically died on April 6, 1995. Jackson was involved in a high-speed chase with police, which ended in the Armstrong Tunnel where he was fatally shot. The incident began when Jackson fled in a stolen car, leading police through various neighborhoods before the chase concluded in the tunnel.
