In the early morning hours of a Thursday in September, violence erupted in the North Side of Pittsburgh, leaving a young man's life tragically cut short. Just after 1:30 a.m., in the 1600 block of Sandusky Court within the Allegheny Dwellings housing complex, 18-year-old Timothy Harris was gunned down. He was shot multiple times and was pronounced dead at the scene when paramedics arrived.
