Frankie Trammell, a 24-year-old man from Pittsburgh, PA, was tragically shot and killed on June 3, 2014, in the Bedford Dwellings housing community on Chauncey Drive in Pittsburgh's Hill District. The incident was part of a year that saw a high number of homicides in Allegheny County, with 105 murders reported in 2014, 88 of which involved Black victims.
