Marcus Franchez Gibson Jr., a 15-year-old African American male from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, tragically died on January 6, 2021. According to reports, Marcus was at a home in Wilkinsburg when a firearm being handled by three boys discharged accidentally, striking him. The incident occurred shortly before 1 a.m., and despite immediate medical attention, Marcus was pronounced dead at the scene.
