Donald G. "Donnie" Ketter Jr., a 28-year-old male of Caucasian ethnicity from Pittsburgh, PA, tragically died on February 5, 2017. He was fatally shot outside the Carrick Lit Club while leaving the premises. The incident occurred after a brief altercation with Derek Vasos, a 37-year-old man who was a passenger in an Uber car at the time. Vasos fired a single shot from inside the vehicle, striking Ketter in the chest.
