In the early morning hours of February 5, 2017, the life of 28-year-old Donald G. 'Donnie' Ketter Jr., a Caucasian male from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, was tragically cut short. The fatal encounter unfolded outside the Carrick Lit Club, a members-only establishment. Ketter was leaving the club when he had a brief and fateful altercation with another man.
