Lincoln Donte LaRue, a 20-year-old from Pittsburgh, was fatally shot on March 29, 2011, in Pittsburgh’s Hill District. On that day, officers responded to reports of a man lying unresponsive in the middle of Perry Street and discovered that LaRue had sustained a fatal gunshot wound to the head.
