In the Hill District of Pittsburgh on a Tuesday evening in late March of 2011, a young man’s life was abruptly cut short. Twenty-year-old Lincoln Larue, a male from the nearby community of Duquesne, had been visiting a friend. Shortly after leaving his friend's home on Perry Street, the sound of a gunshot pierced the night.
