Murdered

On May 24, 2016, 40-year-old Thomas Cheeks was killed during a home invasion in Pittsburgh's Crafton Heights neighborhood. The incident occurred late at night when two intruders broke into his home on Steuben Street. The attackers also shot the family dog before fatally shooting Cheeks.
