Kelvin Lovelace, aged 14, was shot and killed on May 17, 2015, while attending an outdoor gathering at the East Hills Housing Complex in Pittsburgh. At around 12:30 a.m., Kelvin was among a group of people standing outside on Wilner Drive when a vehicle approached, and someone inside opened fire on the crowd.
