Death by Force

Luther Rapp Jr., aged 44, was fatally shot on April 25, 2009, outside a residence on Everton Street in Pittsburgh's Lincoln-Lemington neighborhood. Rapp was struck in the head and pronounced dead at the scene, and two juveniles were also wounded in the incident. Despite the severity of the case and ongoing community concern, no arrests have been made, leaving the case unsolved.
