Death by Force

Manly Theodore Banks III, a 26-year-old male, tragically lost his life on August 10, 2016, in Pittsburgh, PA. He was shot in the early morning hours on Mt. Pleasant Road in the Northview Heights neighborhood. Banks was awaiting the birth of his first child at the time of his death. Officers on patrol heard gunshots around 12:45 a.m. and found Banks with at least one gunshot wound to the chest. He was pronounced dead at a hospital shortly after.
