On April 13, 2021, 15-year-old Donangelo Castapheny was tragically shot and killed in Pittsburgh's Lincoln-Lemington neighborhood. Police responded to a ShotSpotter alert on Montezuma Street and found Donangelo shot to death on Olivant Street. The young boy was a sophomore at Pittsburgh Allderdice High School, known for his polite, quiet demeanor, and his teachers remembered him as thoughtful and kind with a big smile and sharp wit.
