On the evening of October 21, 2011, a man was discovered lying in a driveway in the East Germantown neighborhood of Philadelphia, the victim of a fatal gunshot wound to the head. The man was later identified as Charles Haines, a 43-year-old male from Pennsburg, Pennsylvania.
